melanomanOne of the teachers at Sylvan is leaving in January to take another job...with La.n..dm.ar.k education. He asked me if I had heard of LE. I didn't want to hear the whole cult-recruitment speech again, so I tried for a nuetral term and said "yes, It's a kind of self-help seminar place"
Apparently I missed on the neutral part and was informed that it isn't self-help because no one really needs help...LE empowers people to take responsibility for their own lives...blah blah blah...recruit recruit recruit. I suspect there is no socially acceptable way to stop them once they get started.
