I looked into the engineering details on the air dispenser my Uncle had been using, and the work is actually real good. I owe them an apology from my last post. The kit actually is supposed to come with a back-up non-portable dispenser, and I'm assuming without verification that this one did also. My one complaint is that there is no clear connection between the spare dispenser and where it should be used. If the spare bottles were in a container that also had a convenient place for the backup dispenser, then the panic person who needs to think of it and use it would be staring right at it rather than trying to remember what box she put it in, if she even remembers it exists.

I think I'll write that up as a suggestion to the manufacturer, rather than go on a tirade. This isn't the screw-up it first appeared to be.
